Every child that registers will receive a backpack full of goodies. Your child’s pack will include:

Cricket ball

Personalised shirt with your child’s name

Early sign-ups will also receive a cap

All children returning to All Stars will receive a new ball, a personalised t-shirt and a set of stumps.

Age 8 – 11 years

“Dynamos Cricket” provides a fantastic next step for all those graduating from All Stars Cricket and the perfect introduction for all 8-11 year-olds new to the sport!

Complementing junior cricket, Dynamos provides children with a more social offer focused on developing fundamental movement skills and applying them in an exciting game of countdown cricket.

ERCC Junior Convenor Report

Season 2020 09/10/2020

Dear Members

Firstly, I hope you and your families are healthy and safe.

Sadly, there was not much junior cricket due to the COVID-19 pandemic and it was limited to u12’s following Cricket Scotland and Scottish Government guidelines.  Indoor junior training at the Foundry was cut short and we finished late March 2020, we were due to return after the Easter break, however, little did we know at that point there would be zero cricket until early August 2020.

The only activity that took place was for U12’s training and inter team matches which the children enjoyed until late September as we felt it was important to keep the season going for as long as possible.  Participant numbers were strong; however, I did notice several regulars not attending.  There was next to no cricket for the other age groups and at the time of writing this very short report I feel we mat have lost some of them too.

I hope and pray for better to come for next year all subject the virus being controlled and ERCC operating a safe venue adhering to guidelines.

All the best
